Our Founder
Helena — widely known as “The Million-Dollar Nanny” — is, at her core, a mentor, educator, and advocate for families who believe in raising children with intention, science, and heart.
Her journey began while she studied Nursing and received comprehensive pediatric training, gaining hands-on experience with children from birth through adolescence. She later continued her education with a focus on Early Childhood Education, deepening her understanding of emotional development and the neuroscience behind early childhood behavior.
Helena’s professional path led her from being an Au Pair to working with high-profile families, traveling the world, and becoming recognized for her unique, science-driven approach to childcare and parenting.
Since 2015, through Novavie, she now empowers parents, caregivers, and nannies to create environments rooted in emotional safety, consistency, positive parenting, and developmentally appropriate routines that support children from birth to age six.
